Harrison Biddle is new, but very informed! He was extremely responsive to me and for me!! I had several ups and downs in my journey to my purchase, but Harrison was very helpful. Harrison always listened to my wants for a new home! I feel very blessed. I had been working with someone else who bullied me! I am so glad I found Harrison. He made my journey to find a new home easy and he was there to watch me sign my paperwork at closing! I definitely recommend Harrison! He is going places!!

Harrison was awesome to work with. I am sure I was a very needy client! He was very knowledgeable about the market in my area. He was extremely responsive to texts and emails. There was not much on the market at the time I was looking, so Harrison had to work pretty hard to find a listing that matched my needs. When I finally decided on the house, and it was under construction, Harrison, still major we kept in contact as to the progress of the build. It was during Covid, So there were a shortage of both labor and materials. He made a very stressful time for me much more bearable, as I was 800 miles away.

Harrison is a terrific agent and person. We tried finding a home for two years in the Conway area. He zeroed into what we liked, and we found a home the first time he took us out. He has a kind and thoughtful demeanor and was always there to answer questions. I just wish he would have been our agent for the house we sold in Maryland. I highly recommended him. Excellent process throughout.

Thanks to Harrison I was able to buy a condo in Myrtle Beach from a thousand miles away. He went to the condo and did a FaceTime virtual tour, then guided us through the buying process as firs time buyers in the Myrtle Beach area. He was absolutely terrific!
